	FAQ How does this all work? What if I have more edits/additions? Should I have a site in flash or not? What do you mean you’ll set up the domain and hosting? What email setup and how many email accounts do I get? What is search engine submission/optimization? What about business cards, flyers and postcards? What do you mean by street advertising? How does this all work? We’ll meet with you to discuss your needs and work out a timeline for delivering your new site. If you have ideas already bring them along and we’ll use them as a basis for the site. If you really have no idea, no worries, we’ll talk about your goals and look at some sites together. We’ll then work on a layout for you and get back to you ASAP for your thoughts. From there we’ll build the site and post it to our servers so that you can see it. You’ll then take a look at the site and get back to us with any edits/refinements. We’ll incorporate them and repost for your final thoughts. Your site will then be posted to the internet and will be visible at your domain name. Back to top What if I have more edits/additions? Once the site is finished and posted you are welcome to contact us to make edits, revisions, and additions. We’ll charge you our hourly rate for the work. Back to top Should I have a site in flash or not? There are advantages to both flash and non-flash sites. We’re happy to discuss the way both options will impact the functionality of your site. Back to top What do you mean you’ll set up the domain and hosting? We’ll walk you through the process of buying your domain name and hosting and getting everything set up. We’ll show you where to get them at great prices ($9/year for your domain and $5/month for hosting). Back to top What email setup and how many email accounts do I get? Once you’ve bought your domain and hosting we’ll help you get up and running with up to 25 customized email addresses (example@yourdomain.com). The number of email accounts will depend on the site package we work out together. As well as helping you set up the accounts we’ll show you how to access your email online or help you set up your regular email program such as Outlook, Netscape or Eudora. Back to top What is search engine submission/optimization? Now that you have a web site you want to make sure that it can be found when people search for you. As we’re building the site we optimize it to specific requirements of the major search engines and incorporate the necessary language to help make sure your site can be found easily without having to look through pages and pages of results. Back to top What about business cards, flyers and postcards? As well as building web sites we are able to create business cards, postcards, flyers, posters and other “real” media. Street advertising involves promoting you and your work via flyers, postcards and posters in “the streets”: cafes, stores, music venues, laundromats - anywhere where people will see them. We offer this service to any artist or small business that is interested, and do not require that you use us for design.
